NUESTRAS POLÍTICAS DE INFORMACIÓN 

 

¡DERECHOS, CÁMARA, ACCIÓN!

 

Studio AYMAC S.A.S. empresa de producción audiovisual colombiana identificada con el NIT 901005146-8 comparte las siguientes políticas de envíos de información a través del formulario de contacto y/o directamente a los correos corporativos. (@studioaymac.com) por lo tanto:

 

 

  1. Rellenar los datos de contacto y el envío de correo electrónico no es obligatorio, es opcional y lo decide de manera autónoma y voluntaria el interesado en contactar con Studio AYMAC.
  2. Los datos personales compartidos se protegen por parte de Studio AYMAC bajo La Ley de Protección de Datos Personales (Ley 1581 de 2012). 
  3. Sin el documento de ACUERDO DE CONFIDENCIALIDAD firmado entre las partes, Studio AYMAC no se responsabiliza por material compartido desde acto voluntario (documento, correo electrónico, enlace compartido, disco, y/o portátil de almacenamiento etc.). 
  4. Cualquier información suministrada declara y certifica que es verdadera y exacta. 
  5. Solo recibimos documentación a través de nuestro correo electrónico info@studioaymac.com.

 

 

CRITERIOS DE APLICACIÓN LABORAL 

 

 

  1. Las hojas de vida o CV deben estar actualizadas (máximo de 2 hojas).
  2. Es obligatorio manejar el idioma inglés para trabajar en proyectos internacionales (mínimo nivel  intermedio – 60% escrito y oral).
  3. Es obligatorio compartir la cuenta personal de  IMDb o LinkedIN.
  4. Es fundamental para los nacionales colombianos, adjuntar certificados vigentes de antecedentes judiciales de la Policía Nacional de Colombia, Contraloría General de la República y Procuraduría General de la Nación.  Para  extranjeros será necesario el documento que acredite que se carece de antecedentes judiciales, criminales, penales, o como sean denominados por la legislaciòn de cada país, entendiéndose esto,  como  no tener condenas vigentes con el sistema de Justicia Penal. 
  5. Debe adjuntar fotocopia del documento de identidad y si reside en colombia el RUT actualizado.

 

 

DOCUMENTACIÓN DEL PROPONENTE PARA COPRODUCCIONES

 

 

  1. Firma del formato de ACUERDO DE CONFIDENCIALIDAD entre las partes. (Studio AYMAC – Responsable del Proyecto) que debe ser solicitado a través del correo electrónico. 
  2. Fotocopia del Certificado de Registro de Derechos de Autor(es) del proyecto. 

 

 

En caso que el escritor(es) no sea el mismo responsable del proyecto, es necesario compartir la CESIÓN DE DERECHOS DE REALIZACIÓN que fue realizada entre el escritor(es) y la persona que lo presente. (Este documento es indispensable para verificar el estado del proyecto).

 

 

 

  • Para Colombianos:

 

 

Persona Natural:

 

  • Fotocopia del documento de identidad.
  • RUT actualizado.

 

 

Persona Juridica: 

 

 

  • Certificado de la cámara y comercio no mayor a 60 días.
  • Fotocopia del documento de identidad del Representante Legal.
  • RUT actualizado.

 

 

Para Extranjeros:

 

 

Persona Natural:

 

  • Fotocopia del documento de identidad.
  • Formulario para persona natural internacional suministrado por Studio AYMAC.

 

 

Persona Juridica:

 

  • Fotocopia del documento de identidad del representante legal de la empresa.
  • Formulario para persona jurídica internacional suministrado por Studio AYMAC.

 

 

  1. Bio-filmografía o perfil que justifique la experiencia laboral del proponente (1.500 caracteres).

 

 

  1. Documentación a suministrar del proyecto: 

 

 

  1. Nombre del Proyecto
  2. Ficha Técnica
  3. Tagline (300 caracteres)
  4. Storyline (800 caracteres)
  5. Sinopsis (2.000 caracteres)
  6. Trayectoria del Proyecto.

 

 

  1.  Solo se recibe documentación COMPLETA y debe aclarar en el ASUNTO del correo el nombre del proyecto.

 

 

Los Criterios de Evaluación por parte del departamento de contenidos para cualquier proyecto son: Creatividad, Calidad, Viabilidad, Coherencia y elementos diferenciales de la propuesta del proyecto que se ajusten a los intereses de la empresa productora. 

 

 

Studio AYMAC S.A.S. tendrá 15 días hábiles para la evaluación después de la recepción de la propuesta del proyecto. Toda comunicación para dar respuesta y notificar la decisión será a través de nuestros correos electrónicos. 

 

 

 

TENGA EN CUENTA QUE :

 

 

  1. No se recibe, ni se evalúan Guiones, Tratamientos, Argumentos, Estructura Narrativa o cualquier material de propiedad intelectual SIN el ACUERDO DE CONFIDENCIALIDAD y demás documentación que respaldan la legalidad del proyecto. 
  2. Recibir Tagline, Storyline, Sinopsis, Guión, Argumento, Tratamiento, Estructura Narrativa o cualquier material de propiedad intelectual NO compromete a Studio AYMAC S.A.S. a participar en ninguna de las etapas de realización del proyecto.
  3. Recomendamos a los escritores hacer el registro de Derechos de Autor http://derechodeautor.gov.co/registro-de-obras1 antes de compartir cualquier  material de propiedad intelectual.  
  4. Se les recomienda a los productores o proponentes obtener la CESIÓN DE DERECHOS DE REALIZACIÓN por parte del escritor(es) para viabilidad de la producción.

 

 

OUR INFORMATION POLICY

 

Basic Rights, Camera, Action!

 

Studio AYMAC S.A.S. Colombian audiovisual production company identified with the NIT 901005146-8 shares the following policies for sending information through the contact form and/or directly to corporate emails. (@ studioaymac.com) therefore:

 

  1. Filling in the contact details and sending email is not mandatory, it is optional and is decided by the person interested in contacting Studio AYMAC autonomously and voluntarily.
  2. Shared personal data is protected by Studio AYMAC under the Personal Data Protection Law (Law 1581 of 2012).
  3. Without the CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT document signed between the parties, Studio AYMAC is not responsible for material shared own will (document, email, shared link, disk, and / or storage laptop, etc.).
  4. Any information provided declares and certifies that it is true and accurate.
  5. We only receive documentation through our email info@studioaymac.com. 

 

LABOR APPLICATION CRITERIA

 

  1. Must be current the resumes or cv (maximum of 2 sheets).
  2. It’s compulsory to know the English language for working in international projects (minimum intermediate level – 60% written and oral).
  3. Sharing the personal account for IMDb or LinkedIN is mandatory.
  4. For foreigners it will be necessary the document that proves that there is no judicial, criminal, or criminal record, this being understood as that the person not having convictions in force with the Criminal Justice. 
  5. You must attach a photocopy of the identity document and if you reside in Colombia, the updated RUT.

 

BIDDER’S DOCUMENTATION FOR CO-PRODUCTION

 

  1. Signature of the CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT form between the parties. (Studio AYMAC – Project Manager) that must be requested via email.
  2. Photocopy of the Certificate of Copyright Registration (s) of the project.

 

In case the writer is not the same person in charge of the project, it is necessary to share the ASSIGNMENT OF REALIZATION RIGHTS that was carried out between the writer (s) and the person presenting it. (This document is essential to verify the status of the project).

 

 

  • For foreigners:

 

Person:

 

  • Photocopy of identification.
  • International person form supplied by Studio AYMAC.

 

Legal Entity:

 

  • Photocopy of the identity document of the legal representative of the company
  • International legal entity form supplied by Studio AYMAC.

 

  1. Bio-filmography or profile that warrant the proposer’s work experience (1,500 characters).
  2. Documentation to supply of the project:

 

  1. Project’s name
  2. Datasheet
  3. Tagline (300 characters)
  4. Storyline (800 characters)
  5. Synopsis (2,000 characters)
  6. Project trajectory.

 

  1. Only COMPLETE documentation is received and you must clarify in the SUBJECT of the email the name of the project.

 

The Evaluation Criteria by the content department for any project are: Creativity, Quality, Feasibility, Coherence and differential elements of the project proposal that fit the interests of the producing company.

 

Studio AYMAC S.A.S. You will have 15 business days for evaluation after receipt of the project proposal. All communication to respond and notify the decision will be through our emails.

 

NOTE:

 

  1. Scripts, Treatments, Arguments, Narrative Structure or any intellectual property material are NOT received, nor are they evaluated WITHOUT THE CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT and other documentation that support the legality of the project.
  2. Receiving Tagline, Storyline, Synopsis, Script, Plot, Treatment, Narrative Structure or any intellectual property material does NOT commit Studio AYMAC S.A.S. to participate in any of the stages of project implementation.
  3. We recommend that writers register their Copyright before sharing any intellectual property material. 
  4. Producers or proponents are encouraged to obtain the ASSIGNMENT OF REALIZATION RIGHTS from the writer (s) for production viability.
