Audiovisual production company based in Bogotá D.C. and Santiago de Cali, with a strong vision led by May Mc’Causland and Gustavo Angarita Jr. Our team takes risks in the production of content, pushing boundaries in the industry by exploring transmedia projects and embracing various formats. Our ultimate goal is to connect with the audience through original fiction and non-fiction creations. As proud members of EGEDA Colombia, the Audiovisual Association of Valle del Cauca and Cali (AVC), we have been actively contributing to the industry since 2016. With unwavering passion, Studio AYMAC team believes in the power of imagination, confidently asserting that EVERYTHING THAT IS IMAGINED, IS POSSIBLE!
My intention here is to reveal to myself where “this fascination with human drama in stories comes from. There is a kind of identification. We suffer, and we rejoice before the path that the protagonist or the character that attracts our attention, we live the nightmare or the adventure that does not exist in our reality.”
When we founded Studio AYMAC, it was challenging to conceive the need for full-time legal counsel. At that time, our focus leaned more towards external communication than structuring a solid team—because we assumed that, being a creative company, the most crucial aspect was having those minds generating content to enter the market. Serious mistake!
Personally, when reading the story “Pastry,” which Beatriz has renamed “Pastry Flowers” for her film version, I saw myself, my friends, and anyone who has been in love and has to accept that the relationship is over…
WE HAVE HIGHLY SKILLED HUMAN TALENT!
