Expedicions is a set of audiovisual products that are born from research trips for the production company’s Appellation of Origin: Colombian Pacific project. Records the tours made by the project’s filmmakers through this region.
Guapi Expedition compiles the stories of 4 days of stay in the town and revolves around the search and encounter of Genaro Torres for the production of a documentary about his legacy.
This is the second expedition and it has more than 30 products that you can enjoy on the web: A special chapter of the podcast La Mochila Desgualanga’, new entries to the blog that bears the same name and that tells experiences of exploration in the Pacific, Interactive Maps of routes and sites visited, Photographic Galleries that summarize each of the days and of course the official trailer of Genaro Torres: The Legacy of the Great Marimbero.

The products of the expedition will be available for free on the official website of Studio AYMAC and its surrounding platforms. Returning to travel around the Pacific thanks to the Call for Estímulos de Cali, which allowed us to travel to Guapi to visit Genaro Torres and enter, even for a few moments, into his life has been a great opportunity for all. I deeply appreciate the good disposition and help we received from social leaders and inhabitants of the community of Guapi, I consider that although smaller in the number of products, this expedition has an important place for us since the objectives that were outlined at the beginning of this expedition are beginning to be fulfilled. journey. I hope you find what we share attractive and at the same time that it serves to highlight the people of Guapi, the benefits we find when exploring and our immense admiration for a population that always continues to fight.
